Poker League Manager ("the app") helps you organize and run a poker league — rosters, tournament nights, standings, and results. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it's stored, and what control you have over it.
The short version: the app stores your league's data in your own iCloud account, not on any server we operate. We don't have access to it, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
The app collects the information you and the people you invite choose to enter, in order to run your league. This includes:
We do not collect your location, browsing activity, financial account details, payment information, or any health or biometric data. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or usage tracking of any kind.
All of the information above is stored using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), under your own Apple ID — not on a server owned or operated by us. When you share a league with other participants, that data is stored in your private iCloud database and made accessible only to the specific people you've invited, through Apple's own secure sharing system.
We do not have our own servers that store, receive, or have access to any of your league's data. We cannot see your roster, your league's financial figures, or any other information you enter into the app.
Information entered into the app is used exclusively to provide the app's own functionality: running tournaments, tracking results, calculating standings, and keeping every invited device in your league up to date in real time. It is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone outside the league you've explicitly invited.
Your league's data is only ever shared with people you specifically invite, using the app's own invite feature. When you invite someone, you choose their role and send them a real, working invite link — they see only what that role permits, and only for leagues you've shared with them directly.
We do not share, sell, or provide access to any of your data to any other third party.
Because your data lives in your own iCloud account, you're always in control of it. Within the app, you can:
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already stored in your iCloud account; use the in-app deletion options above, or manage your iCloud storage directly through your device's Settings, to remove it.
Poker League Manager is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us using the information below so it can be removed.
The app relies on Apple's iCloud and CloudKit infrastructure for storage and transmission of your data, along with your device's own passcode and biometric protections. We do not maintain separate servers, credentials, or databases outside of Apple's own systems.
The only third-party service involved in the app's operation is Apple's iCloud/CloudKit platform, which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy. The app does not integrate any other third-party service, SDK, or analytics provider.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
